Phase 2: Check Game Files

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type cmd and press Enter to open the Command Prompt. Type the following command and press Enter: regsvr32 uplay-r1.dll uplay-r1 dll

Close Uplay and any games that are right now running. Go to the Control Panel and pick Programs and Features (in Windows 8) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows 7). Locate Uplay in the inventory of installed programs and pick it. Click on Uninstall and follow the directions to delete Uplay. Go to the Control Panel and pick Programs
