VMware vSphere Client: You can export the recovery key as a file using the vSphere Client. Log in to the vSphere Web Client. Select the VM with TPM encryption enabled. Go to Settings > Security > Trusted Platform Module. Click Export Recovery Key. Save the file to a secure directory.
