Types of Magnolias
The magnolia is a member of the Magnoliaceae group, which is one of the earliest lines of blossoming flora on Earth. Fossil records reveal that magnolias have been present for over 100 million epochs, with some kinds tracing back to the Cretaceous period. The name “magnolia” was granted to the bloom in tribute of French botanist Pierre Magnol (1638-1715), who originally outlined the plant in the 17th century. Magnolia
