A particular of the most meaningful challenges we faced was when my boy started school. The transition from home to school was hard for both of us. He had to adjust to a new environment, make new friends, and learn to handle the complexities of social relationships. I had to accommodate to not being with him all the time, and to trusting that he was in good hands. It was a difficult time, but we worked through it together, and it ultimately made us stronger.
