Fix 2: Temporarily disable Firewall or Antivirus Program

Confirm that you are on the most recent release of uTorrent. Search for patches and download the newest version.

Launch uTorrent and open Options > Settings. In the Preferences dialog, press on Advanced. Select on Revert to revert uTorrent preferences to their original settings.
